A. The times shown are calendar days so include weekends.
Q. Do you know how long my passport will take ?
A. We crowd source data from people that have received their passports. We have no link to Her Majesty’s Passport Office
Q. Is the number of days counted from when you send/submit your application or when HMRC receive it?
A. The number of days is counted from the day your send/submit your passport until the day you receive it.
