My father in law is ill at the moment, I needed my passport fast tracked, I too was given the email address in Liverpool to send translated medical evidence, my evidence was ignored, the a week after sending evidence I got an email asking me to send evidence! It was a joke. I have finally got through and someone who fast tracked it. Make sure they send it to local print as my passport was printed this morning and only went to local print yesterday after being pulled out of Central print and sat there for days. Speak to the customer care management team, don’t bother with the advice line.
