I have been lurking here for a while and totally sympathise with all your horrible experiences!
I am due to travel on Saturday 16th and applied for an upgrade on Sunday 3rd July and was told I would receive a call back within 24-72 hours to make payment however I missed the call on Tuesday and havent received a call back. I have had an email from the upgrade team acknowledging receipt of my proof of travel etc also saying do not respond or chase application which may cause delay.
I’m not sure what to do, the advice line said to reply to the email to say i havent made payment but im worried that will delay things so should I wait to hear from them? If I don’t hear anything by Wednesday I will have to go to a passport office on Thursday.
If you can offer any help or advice I would really appreciate it!
