any hope with liverpool?

i fly in 6 days, my passport is stuck!

applied in April, documents recieved 4th may, no updates since.

I have been told by a man on the “Help” line it is at Liverpool.

Asked for it to be sped up, they said they’d marked it and i’d get a call.
Sent evidence emails to Expedited service, no response.
Still no call, getting super worried.

Does anyone have any experience with going to Liverpool within 24 hours to get it sorted?
Do you need to bring documents?

I’m thinking it’s gonna end up with a mad dash to the passport office 🙁

any help much appreciated, this is a huge nightmare!
