if it helps anyone.
i recieved a call back today, one i had requested 2 weeks ago when there was an issue on their end for documentation.
whilst i didnt need their help anymore, i asked about the above, here is what they told me.
after looking into the application, they informed me that my daughters passport had been printed
they also advised me that the tracker will not update/send out a message and email until TNT have picked up the scanned it, this is what triggers the update.
when that will happen is beyond me.
we fly out on 14th July, so keeping fingers crossed.
