I live in Belfast and we used to send our renewal there it would be no more than 10 days.
The last couple have been Liverpool and its terrible.6 weeks for my sons just before Christmas and 2 weeks so far for my new one and it still says send your old passport.
The book was delivered on the 7th February why cant we choose like years ago.
