Collection process

Hi, has anyone been through the collection process at Glebe House London?

I need to collect my passport this afternoon and wondered if there is a big queue, or if its a separate line/desk/door that you take for a simple pick up of the new passport?

Its Globe House Eccleston Square just behind Victoria Station easy to get to
not sure about the queue though, my neighbour went and collected his own passport from there, no problem. There is a door clearly marked collections
