How long does it take to receive cancellation ref

So I’ve been told that my application is being held up due to my cancellation last year not being processed correctly. I’ve sent in another lost cancellation request yesterday and the processing team are sending them an email today to request an urgent response so that they can add it to my application and then it can be moved on. I have 3 weeks until i can upgrade my application and 5 weeks before I fly. How likely is this to happen
