We fly on Tuesday and if we do not hear anything from the upgrade team today then i think we will miss our holiday.
We have been stuck in progressing since the 18th of March
We applied for the upgrade 2 weeks before we were due to fly
We have phoned customer services everyday
We registered a complaint on Tuesday
I am have a feeling they may have lost the passport or do not know where it is

I tried to call them last night, 2 hours I waited then at 8pm it said office closed and cut me off. I have been sitting a processing stage for almost 6 weeks. I fly in 5 weeks and now full on stressed. I work full time and cant sit on the phone for hours on the hope they will answer, live chat isn’t working either.
