    Received adult (renewal passport) Wednesday 8th Sept. It was submitted online on Sunday 15th August.

    Find the experience of calling them so frustrating. We’ve been told different things by 3 different people. One said they would tag the application with date of travel (22nd sept) to try and help ensure its pushed through, next person said that wasnt even feasible. Peoples experience seems to vary so widely. I’m just hoping we get some update later this wk, but hope is fading atm.

    We submitted app on 27th aug & docs we’re received 1st sept. We know we messed up using the normal application too, but we really should be able to switch to fastrack easier in this day & age.

    mine took about 21 days who did u send urs too bootle in Liverpool seem to have it done fast enough, once they approve it its sent the next day so fingers crossed u get it in time

    they do tag the date off travel as I had rang for the 4th time and they could tell me that the date was tagged

    Thanks…its my daughters child renewal, sent to Bootle – we fly first thing (weds 22nd)morn. The 21 days would take us to the end of this week, but then it was bank hol in there which may push it out. Fair to say we’ve learned our lesson and have been frantic last few days. We really should have done fasttrack straight off.

    know how u feel I was checking everyday😭😭but hopefully it comes in time but from reading all the comments on this people were getting there’s within the 21 days so hope u do let me know anyway and goodluck😊

    It should be 21 days for me tomorrow so I’m praying it comes in, if not this week, I’ll have to change the dates as I’d need to give my hotel notice so I don’t lose my booking/money

    Just spoken to them again and they confirmed out date of travel has been tagged as 22nd. Fingers crossed from here I guess…

    We used the 0300 123 1973 no. Had to hold on for an hour last night and about 40 mins today, but we were told it has been tagged for the travel date. Just hoping that has some impact

    I believe this is the Bootle/Liverpool direct no as thats where our daughters renewal has gone to.

    Yeah theres the 0300 222 0000 no…we found the other one on here i think…got more help on that one, but ultimately the message was still the same…not much they can do other than tag the departure date.

    I’ve just spoken to them now, obviously we didn’t realise there was a fast tracking service. Did you use fast track?
