‘Moved to paper form’

My application has been processing since May 6th and now it states:

We moved you from an online application to a paper form.

This means:

You have a new reference code for your application: xxxxxxxx
You cannot use this online tracking service – it doesn’t support paper application

Anyone else had this and what was the outcome?

This has just happened to me what was the outcome hun expect I was told this when I phoned the number didn’t get a new reference x
