THEY ALL SAY YOU CAN UPGRADE TWO WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL AT A COST, BUT TODAY THE LADY SAID THERE WOULD BE NO COST AS THEY HAD HAD IT FOR A LONGTIME, BUT I CANT REQUEST UNTIL 2 WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL.
