No confirmation of Documents recieved after resending B certificate

Hi,

Applied for my sons first adult passport on April 6th ..took 2 weeks to confirm they had received the documents. The we got an email saying to resend his birth certificate as it wasnt the full one, id sent the short version i had. So i applied for a fast track copy of his full birth certificate and sent it signed for delivery on 6th of April..he also had to confirm his identity again which was done and showing on his tracker but we have nothing about having recieved his new documents 3 weeks later! Ive tried emailing. Phoning…just get cut off. Our holiday is in June. Im acting for my son as he has autism….any advise? Anyone else had to resend documents and a timeframe? Thanks in advance.
