I sent my hubbys passport renewal off via the post office track and send on April 14th (using a paper form) He got a text a few days later to say the application had been received..almost 4 weeks later we went on line to ‘track the progress’..and have yet to have any response of any kind! Not even an automated reply! We only have the application barcode number..there was no application ref number on the main passport receipt..anyone else not been able to track their passport application?! We would just like to know what stage it’s at..wherever that may be!

    Same here!

Sent from post office 22nd March

Got a text on 30th March saying received.

    Heard nothing since.

Filled out the tracker form to track paper applications about 4 times now but not a single reply.

Wish we did it online now to have more information

Exactly the same as us then! Started to wonder if i was putting the wrong number in..but cannot find any way around it or even find an answer as to why it is (or rather isn’t!) happening that we can’t track it on line..think we’ve tried at least 4 times now..have checked our junk emails..nothing..

I did the online tracker thing three times then gave up.
I received an email from them this morning, 16 days after I last submitted a request.
The email isn’t an update though, it is a request for more information to enable them to give me an update 🤷🏻‍♀️
I filled in all of the details on the online form including the application barcode so I have no clue what is going on but I’ve just about lost the will to live with the whole situation 🤷🏻‍♀️
