Has anyone received passports back with no updates. I submitted online application 16 April old passport signed for Durham 20 April. Tracker still shows send old passport.
Does the tracker actually work and is it’s information reliable. Reason I ask is a colleague at work submitted and online application tracked to same office 11 days later and trackers updated on his application. 😳
For what is worth. They are extremely busy this year, and the normal waiting times are out of the window.
I think it’s quite common to have about 2 weeks between when you sent them, and when they actually mark them on the system as received. I think it was a bit longer than 2 weeks for me, actually.
