Submitted my passport through the Post Office Check & Send service on Saturday 29 January. Still have yet to have any confirmation that this has been received on the tracker – and have no idea where it has been sent and all I have been told by the Post Office is that it has definitely been sent.
Anyone else experiencing delays? I have a trip booked in mid-April and have been told the 10 weeks processing time only commences from when they acknowledge your application has been received… so getting slightly concerned that 1.) passport has been lost and 2.) the processing time is going to leech into April now and put my trip at risk.
