Applied for my sons first uk adult passport as he is going into the forces and needs this as ID. they are getting impatient too with it all as its delaying his entry
I applied on 10April and keep getting texts saying its being processed and not to call. All the other ID the forces needs is also in the hands of the passport agency. I appreciate they are on skeleton staff i do but surely their must be a fast track of importance
