Having to renew both our children’s passports
Application submitted 9th April
Was updated to Document Received 26th April even though tracking said it was delivered much earlier.
So still stuck in Documents Received since 26th April
We’re going on holiday July but I need to pay the balance by Wednesday but now tempted to just cancel. Losing deposit far better than losing the entire cost. Tried calling Jet2 but impossible to try and get through. I can cancel via webpage so seems the sensible option just now
