Turning up at Durham

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of turning up at durham 48hours before flight?
My daughters re newal is now over 12 weeks and iv had no luck so far with the upgrade and escalation team getting back in contact with me. The application is at durham and even though thats not my closest office i think thats the one ill have to turn up at?

What time is best to get there? What are the ques like? I live 2.5 hour away

My husband is in the same situation. We’re due to fly out on Monday. His passport is in Durham and we live in London so we’re planning on turning up at the Peterborough office on Saturday. Having read experiences from other members of the forum, they can send your info to another office for it to be approved and printed.

Peterborough is closest to me but i dont want to risk driving there to get told iv got to go to durham were the applications is.
