Long story short. Accidentally sent my passport instead of my daughters back in April. After weeks of going back and forth they admitted they lost it.
I have a lost application in since the 16th May. I need my passport for my visa as moving to work abroad in August. I’ve had an email back from the upgrade email saying they have passed on for “their teams to progress as soon as possible”. Without a visa I have no job.
Does anyone have any success with the upgrade team? Or have any idea of time scale when they say they will look at it?
