Waiting for a call back to send documents

2 weeks today before we fly and over 13 weeks and passport has not even been looked at. Requested a fast track upgrade today. Up to 72 hours for them to call me back to tell me what email address I need to send my documents to.
Anyone else been in this position, did you receive a call back?
How soon did it get things moving?

I’m worried 72 hours will fall on Monday and that will be 11 days before flight
Do these people work at snail pace or something
