What are my options passport not here

Hello all, I applied on 25-02-22 and passport still not here, been sitting in processing since 7th march and ive been told was with liverpool last week, I travel on 26 april and would like to know what options I have I can change date on holiday up to the 12th but at addtional cost ? can someone please help, passport man said i couldnt go and get one on a day thiong ??
