I called them yesterday and was told that there is a new upgrade service. Therefore, I sent all my information to the provided email and currently waiting for a reply. Does anyone know the procedure and how much longer I have to wait? Also, what do I need to send to them? I want to double-check and make sure that I didn’t miss anything.
HoiTik the process is you have to be within 2 weeks of your departure. You then have to email the upgrade team with your request with supporting evidence. You then have to wait for the upgrade team to contact you. They say this should be within 48 hours BUT we applied on Monday and still have not heard anything. We fly on the 26th
