Hi everyone,
I have sent a cover letter together with my support documents to request to change my given name different with naturalisation certificate (it’s just middle name and first name way around).
HMPO sent me an email to ask me to send proof of evidents. After re-consideration, I would like to withdraw my request to change given name so that my application can be able to continue to progress.
What is the best way to contact HMPO to withdraw my request, as calling to the support line is supper useless and waste tons of time as they always promise to get someone to call back, but I have not received any callback over 1 week.
