Hi,
I am really unfortunate person who is waiting from 6th of March. Keep contact with HMPO lot of times. Now apparently they informed me I need to go for interview but they don’t know when! I am now just hopeless. Now a days even HMPO customer don’t know you don’t need an Interview for first adult passport!

Contact with them many times. Every time given wrong information such as level 2 security check! Awaiting to be checked! Interview will be take place after Covid 19 situation! Even they don’t know now a days they are not calling for interview when apply from UK.

CORONA actually excuse for lazy people nothing else!
