Have you tried ringing or webchat yet??, i’ve literally just got through to someone & they said its 10 weeks from when documents were received.. so now my holidays out the window

Hello all,

has anyone else been “processing” since Mid April??
currently lost all hope getting my childrens passports back in time for their first holiday

hello, just curious as to how long you’ve been in “Processing” for??
i’ve been waiting since April 20th and losing all hope of getting my childrens passports back in time.
