    sorry this reply may be a bit late, but I complained via the online passports enquiry form and selected complaint as the title from the drop down list. They did get in touch before passport was posted and again after we had received it

    Daughters passport arrived today. so that’s 2 passports for the same person arrived within the 10 week time frame.

    waited until exactly 2 weeks before flight then called the management team on 0300 105 0850 explained the situation. This was Friday and at this point the status was still old passport received.

    They didn’t know which office passport was at but gave me email for nearest upgrade team which was Liverpool I sent email but never got acknowledged. We also put a complaint in Sunday night about our passport getting damaged and still being treat same as people who apply late. Monday the status was updated to passport approved then 2 days later passport printed.

    Can now look forward to Holiday,

    Emailed upgrade team on Friday not had a reply from them yet but 11 days to flight and Status updated to passport approved today. Fingers crossed get it in time.

    Applied beginning of may for daughters passport. all got processed and printed and all was good until the currier decided to ignore signes not to use the letter box and to use the mail box next to the door. He fed the brand new passport to our dogs and we were back to square only only this time 4 weeks later.

    Applied 27th May, old damaged passport received 3rd june, nothing since. fly to mexico in exactly 2 weeks time, currently trying to get through on phone to management team. very worried.

    How did you get agents to try to speed up the process and put notes on the application

    We have found everyone we spoke to very unhelpful

    We applied beginning of May, got a new passport the the currier completely ignored the mail box at the side of the door and the sign saying not to use the letter box. and fed the new passport to our dogs via the letterbox.

    So we had to apply again. This was May 28th we travel july 8th. Getting a bit worried now
