    Yes both approved, printed and sent out at no extra cost.

    My renewal was done with no problems, I did make some calls and send a few emails ,to chase my daughters first passport as I was panicking. However I never received any calls or email acknowledgements

    Both mine and my daughters (processed separately)

    Were approved, printed the day after and sent out for delivery the day after that. So I wouldn’t worry now, its quite a quick process once approved.

    Hi All, I have just received my daughters passport.

    We fly next Tuesday so very lucky to get it with so much time to spare.

    I had sent the application for a child’s first passport:

    Application Submitted 11th April
    Documents Received 25th April

    This was stuck at this stage for a while, I started to panic and after numerous calls and a fair few emails to Liverpool Upgrade team I received a text and email on 12th May to say her application had been approved, then on 13th May saying it was being printed and it has just been delivered. I’m not sure if the calls or emails helped, or if it was just in the queue to be processed. I wasn’t charged any upgrade fees.

    I also applied for my Renewal at the same time (11th April), that came back within 2 weeks. But same process once it had been approved, a day later it is printed and a day later (unless its weekend) it is sent out for delivery

    I really hope that all of you waiting on passports receive them in good time. Dont loose hope guys!

    We are due to fly 24th May, I sent my Adult passport off for renewal and my daughters 1st passport. I received my renewed passport and supporting documents withing 2 weeks but my daughters is still stuck on documents received!

    Have made numerous calls and send 3 emails to liverpool upgrade team. Got 2 automated response, at first I thought I was reading the email wrong! But after following this thread they actually mean it when they say “we will contact within 2 working days of your travel date”.

    Its a awful feeling, not knowing wheather we will receive it in time or not! You can’t even bring yourself to feel excited and there’s a possibility you may not go!

    Me and Husband have decided we will pack and be ready as if we are going and start chasing them next Friday.

    Do you guys think it is worth emailing any other of the passport offices or just stick to my local one (liverpool)m
