Hello! Has anyone received a standard renewal faster than what seems to be the 21 day current average through an application at Bootle?

Aiming to travel on September the 11th, application submitted on the 22nd August.

Just looking for a glimmer of hope! Do you think passport application numbers may have decreased bow children are returning to school?
