So pleased for you Passport Chaser101. Enjoy your holiday!
bbmiltParticipantjsssples, my passport finally appeared on TNT’s tracking on 4th April with a delivery date of 6th April. I was able to change it for delivery on 5th April and it arrived no problem. All it said on the tracker yesterday was ‘Out for Delivery’ 8am-8pm. No other details and I never received any kind official notification from TNT (text or email). Just me checking the tracker online.
Good luck
bbmiltParticipantI used the application ref number exactly as printed with ‘PEX’ and all spaces. Initially shows error until they have scanned it in and it appears in their system. I received no tracking notification of any kind from TNT. Just keep trying!
Good luck
bbmiltParticipantMine was printed 3 working days (5 total days) after approval. Also, just to let you know, I never received any form of tracking info. Once printed, I checked TNT online tracker myself regularly using our passport application reference number. It appeared on the TNT tracker after 3 working days (some get it sooner, some later). Then I could change the delivery date to 24hrs later and it was delivered no problem.
Good luck.
bbmiltParticipantI rescheduled my delivery date bringing it from 6th April to today. It arrived today as expected.

Delivered 4.00pm 5th April
Appeared on TNT tracking 4.30pm 4th April
Passport printed 11.43am 30th March
Application accepted 3.06pm 25th MarchbbmiltParticipantPassport Chaser101, I feel your pain! It has been a long and stressful process. Taking away from the joy of looking foward to our first holiday in years. Sounds like you had a helpful conversation with TNT. I had no such luck. No option to collect. But fingerscrossed, it is meant to arrive today with only two days left before we travel.
Keep checking! We had no notice that there had been a change.
Good luck
bbmiltParticipantI have signed your petition already!! Our experience was very stressful too. Unnecessarily so. It is the inconsistencies that I find so baffling.
bbmiltParticipantI had a similar experience today with HMPO saying TNT should have collected my son’s passport by now (printed 30/3) Then a conversation this morning with TNT telling me that HMPO weren’t telling the truth and they (TNT) didn’t have our passport. It is all so stressful!! Then this afternoon my son’s passport appeared on the TNT tracker with no notification. So who was lying?? My advice is to just keep checking the TNT tracker with your Passport Application reference number. I was literally checking every hour! So suprised when I saw it there as I wasn’t expecting it. Why is there such inconsistencies? Some people get TNT tracking very quickly, others it takes so long, too long! And the not knowing is just horrible. Hang in there. Hope you hear something soon.
bbmiltParticipantJust checked TNT tracking online using Passport Application reference number and finally given delivery date of 6th April! I have been checking regularly ever since passport was printed (30th March). I had no other notification that TNT had scanned it into their system. I checked at 3pm today and was still getting an error, then 4.30pm there it was. I was even a little shocked to see it. I changed the delivery date to tomorrow to be on the safe side.

Passport was printed 30th March. We are supposed to be travelling this Friday. Constantly checking TNT tracking but still getting error. This is agonising!

bbmiltParticipantReceived notice on 30/3 that passport was printed (approved 25/3). Regularly checking TNT site using the application reference number as I’ve not heard from TNT. Still not coming up (only get the error message). Fingerscrossed it will be soon. Good luck everyone.
bbmiltParticipantEmail said: Your new passport has been printed. What happens nextYour new passport will be transferred to our delivery supplier in the next few days. In most cases it will be delivered by TNT delivery services. When it’s ready for delivery, they will contact you with a tracking reference.
Just the delivery wait now!
This forum and website has been so very helpful! There is something supportive knowing we are all going through this.
Goodluck!
