Participantwe’ve been waiting since 12th March, processing since 13th April and many calls to be lied to, emails, complaint forms and MP involved, finally got a call from them yesterday (not upgrade as 3 weeks away still) been approved, there was a system clitch with photo and put it sideways their end! It could have been MP
or the multiple complaint forms and survey i done yesterday morning for my partner putting all comments in caps, saying “shambolic, diabolical and liars” lol 🙏🏼BenjyLFC10
Participantyou may be lucky that goes quicker now we were waiting since 12th March and just been approved and gonna print after hassling, anyone can upgrade if within 2 weeks of flight,

Participantsimilar to ours, applied 12th March, processing since 13th April, no reply to emails or urgent call backs, spoke to progress team saturday and said with examiner but don’t believe that lol said would have to pay for upgrade when comes to it too, told her where to go 🤣👌🏻

Participantours sons was submitted 12th March with my partners renewal and name change, his came back (after submitting new photo too) month or so ago whereas hers been at processing for last month so 9 weeks total 🙄

Participantyep it’s awful, we almost been 10 weeks now and still processing, have 2 urgent call backs in, it’s our honeymoon in under 5 weeks (fly 2 days after wedding on a saturday 😳) jubilee week before also 😱

Participantseems best to go to local office week before fly and they will help, also do upgrade by email 2 weeks before, Peterborough have been amazing i’ve heard and get there early 😱
