Yeah I kept getting reminders until they scanned onto the system about 2 weeks after receiving them.
Not sure, they have never asked for that. We have sent both childs birth certificates which they have confirmed received, I just keep ringing them and hopefully someone will sort it out soon. They are both just standard renewals so I expected it to be fairly quick and simple when I first submitted the application!
One daughters renewal has been sat on ‘Documents Recieved’ since 10th March. The other daughters got approved/printed/delivered within a month. Not sure what the hold up is, cant get hold of anyone and when you do they just say they will mark as urgent and get someone to ring you back – which they never do. So frustrating. We fly 25th May
