    Hey all. Any advice? I can’t call and sit there for hours waiting to be put through to the progress team, I am at work and have young kids to deal with in the evening.

    Is there any way to be flagged to the Upgrade Team via webchat? Online form? I am running out of options here.

    In your situation I would be off there pronto in the morning. I fly on the Tuesday and have already booked the day off work on the Friday in case mine isn’t done. Then you can honestly say you have tried everything.

    Shouldn’t make a difference as everything is online. Are you able to go down there? Be polite, be patient, but be immovable!

    I’ve got 20 days, and I am prepped and ready to get my backside to peterborough at the earliest opportunity.

    @claloub I’d be going down there to find out what is going on……..you won’t get any sense out of the call centre or webchat. Which office do you need to go to?

    If I was in your position I’d do the same, but you’d be taking processing away from someone who has a flight within 2 weeks so my conscience wouldn’t let me.

    It’s so frustrating seeing people getting theirs back within 2 weeks when we’ve been waiting 8 already and fly in 3 weeks!

    Hi all

    So we’re due to fly on 31st May, husbands passport was sent to Corby and is STILL showing as processing. We sent it late March when processing times were showing as 5 weeks. Our daughters was sent at the same time and was received within 3 weeks!

    How do I find out which passport office it will have gone to? We are happy to pay for an upgrade, I just need to know which office it will have gone to…..will travel to get it if necessary!

    Sorry you’re all in the same boat as me, it’s crazy stressful.
