    Thanks for the update! I hope they are really working on them as they said. I emailed yesterday and have turned my phone sound to the loudest whole day today. I will wait tomorrow if nothing then phone them next Tuesday.

    My baby’s application is still Document received 28 Mar and not even in process…

    Did you get a reply from them after sending the email?
    So which office should we email to? The one holding the application or the local office?

    I was told to email Peterborough and that’s where I sent the documents to as well. So I think you should email where your application is, not your local office.

    The last update for our daughter’s first passport is on 28 Mar Documents received.
    I called today and was told the application hasn’t been checked yet.
    So does that mean our application has been dropped out from the digital route but not yet been passed on to any examiner?

    Hi, I sent the email today around lunch time as well to Peterborough upgrade team. At the moment I’m really concerned that if any of this upgrade office is in work as I haven’t seen anyone saying they had a reply and proceed with the new upgrade service. I will post updates if I hear from them. Fingers and toes crossed!!!

    PS: we submitted the application on 7 Mar and documents finally received on 28 Mar. No update ever since and I called today and was told the application has not been checked yet. Not even in process after all this time!!!!

    I just sent the email for the upgrade service today to Peterborough office. I haven’e seen anyone saying they got a reply after emailing though. Did you see people had success with the upgrade service? I am really not sure if those upgrade teams are working….
