My application and passport is at Peterborough office and it’s 5 weeks 1 day with them not moved since so I don’t have the passport to take

I am in Devon and Newport is my closest but my application is in petersbrough does this matter

What info did you take with you for them to help?
My application is 6 weeks Monday and I fly on the 8th so I will travel up Monday I think

Just call call call and don’t get off the phone
have you had it in with them longer than 6 weeks as they won’t even look at it apparently now

I have just called again to be told I don’t qualify for upgrade as I have submitted the app 5 weeks and 1 day ago. 6 weeks will be the 6th June I fly on the 8th.
My nearest office is Newport aswell from Devon but my application is with a petersbrough.
What do I need to take with me on Monday If I drive up, ID and documents? Do I just wait at a door?

I have called every day and every single time been told different things. I have an email with the upgrade team apparantly waiting.
My passport is At Peterborough they have told me and I live in Devon it will be a 11 hour round trip for me. If I turn up in Newport will they even see me or shall I go Peterborough? If I just turn up
This is sending me mental!! I fly on the 8th but with the bank holidays I just don’t know what to do.
My passport is currently waiting for examination since the 26th

Submitted 25th April
5th may documents received
25th may same text documents received

I am due to fly on the 8th June so I have called upgrade team on Wednesday and was told someone would call 48 hours and no one has.
Called today and they have now said it’s with an examiner since the 26th. I am so stressed with it no one knows what they are doing on the calls and every time it’s different.
Why has my passport been logged twice so you think it was lost?
It’s in date and damaged on the photo part ripped at the top of the page the page is perfect intact what is the issue
Has anyone received an upgrade in time what can I do
