    Did you contact them or had it just happened itself?, I was the same as you applied for 3, mine went to Liverpool and took 13 days to arrive, one of my kids went over to belfast and took 12 but the newport one is just sat at documents received!, if they are struggling they shouldn’t still be sending them there

    Just incase anyone is worrying after seeing posts online about it taking weeks for your passport to arrive, I took a picture on my phone and filled out the application online on the 18th of April and posted my old passport on the 19th and my new one arrived this morning the 28th of April
