Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has been susessful with the new upgrade through the Glasgow office.
Ours has been stuck there for over a month with no movement. Applied for the upgrade but have not heard back yet. I can see there are a few of us traveling in less than a week so i guess we are all praying for a call on Tuesday.

As always Fingers crossedfingerscrossed2022Participant@passportproblems No. We were told you had to be within 2 weeks of your travel and we are leaving Wales on the 25th to fly on the 26th so we applied on Monday but have not recived a call from the upgrade team yet. You have to wait for them to call you. We have been calling customer service everyday to try to push it along but all they say is “it will be ok” or “they are dealing with people in priority”
fingerscrossed2022ParticipantBethanie email newport upgrade team Mark it urgent and all your proof of flight. I think you might be lucky because Newport are getting back to people. We were told to send our application to them but they phoned us back and told us we have to get in touch with Glasgow as that is where our passport is. Good luck

we are still no further forward. Now have to wait till Tuesday. You then have to email the upgrade team with your request with supporting evidence. You then have to wait for the upgrade team to contact you. They say this should be within 48 hours BUT we applied on Monday and still have not heard anything. We fly on the 26th

I dont think anyone has heard from the upgrade team today. I cannot belive it will happen now until Tuesday. Feeling so frustrated. Started to look at pushing the holiday back a couple of days but i dont think we can

Only to tell us that we have to re-email Glasgow with the same info
P*** up in Brewery springs to mind
So we have gone from
Liverpool to Glasgow
Glasgow to Newport
Newport Back to Glasgow

Our 48 hours were up yesterday.
We phoned and got told to stay by the phone and someone will call.
Next 10 hours spent standing by the phone not wanting to go out or use the phone just in case
8pm last night still no call

Our 48 hours were up today – still no response
Phoned this morning and spoke to someone in customer service.
They asked us to resend the email to Newport…. our orginal email went to Glasgow.
He would email Newport and tell them that our email is coming
Also to stand by the phone and wait for them to call.
Its now 5pm and guess what NO PHONE CALL
Our stress levels are through the roof
We travel on the 26th of April
If there is anyone out there that has a good news story on this new upgrade system please let us know. I need to see some light at the end of the tunnelfingerscrossed2022ParticipantI was told to email Glasgow as well but my local office is Liverpool. Maybe Glasgow is the lead on this new upgrade?
