ParticipantThanks @fingers crossed enjoy your holiday, keep you fingers and toes crossed for us. Got an email response yesterday saying someone will call within 48hrs so everything crossed for that although 48 hrs takes me to the weekend so not sure how that works!

ParticipantHello has anyone had any luck with upgrade service today, I called and was advised to wait a few more days as it had been a bank holiday. Think I will try calling again tomorrow. Did wonder if it’s worth trying to send another email. Hope Aimeejoy got her passport and that finger crossed is progressing.

ParticipantI would try ringing the general help line and ask then to check they have been received. Also ask what to do next.

ParticipantThank you Ritabix hopefully you are right, I don’t have any finger nails left and it didn’t help that I am tech phobic and forgot to attach my proof of flight departure so had to send a second email an hour later, hope passport service won’t hold that against me!,,

ParticipantFinally got through on phone lines this afternoon and Durham sent an automatic acknowledgement of our email received, saying they will be in contact in due course.

ParticipantAny suggestion I keep calling the general number go into the queue system, the message says call waiting time is 10 or 15 minutes I wait for that time then it say sorry due to high call volume they cannot answer my call and cut me off! I have been trying since 9am anyone been able to get through?
