I’m similar timeline to you and go end May. Think you have to calculate cost of upgrades possibly £150 for both against cost of deposit. Think you have a good chance by July. I wouldn’t suggest fast track as you need a passport to attend.

Thank you. By the time I input back on waitingFrance22ParticipantWrightstar. Don’t lose hope at least you gave moved from received to processing. My damaged passport Has been in docs received since end April.
Try contacting your MP. I did on Saturday and he us looking into it this week. MPs have a have a new dept set up.

Went on digital route. Google contact your MP and found free site that sent letter for me. Got a reply within the hour. Think if more MPs get involved will get PO to deal with older cases.

I would call advice line 8am and insist you are put through to progress team for upgrade also email upgrade team with your details with urgent in title. People are not necessarily being charged for upgrade it seems especially if you have been waiting some time.
Also email your MP. I did yesterday and they are contacting passport for me. Good luck.France22ParticipantPBC

We had a call back from progress team at 5pm no info for us but when we said got MP involved promised to flag it up.Emailed MP, got quick reply he is going to contact passport office. Feeling more hopeful now
