Application online – 27th April
Passport physically arrived in the post room via special delivery – 28th April
Old passport officially received – 10th May
Passport application approved – 12th May
Passport printed – 13th May
(Weekend 14-15)
Passport delivered – 17th May

It takes a week or more for the passport office to officially acknowledge “receipt” (this “OFFICIALLY RECEIVED” date is actually the start of the 10 week count) even though the old passport arrived in their mail room.
