GemzyParticipantYes I was told the same too, that it’s discretionary! 🙁 We travel on thurs, I dont think you’ll be getting a call until 48 hrs before, that’s what theyre working to at the moment. We fly Thurs and so expect a call tmrw or Wed, fingers crossed! I’ve had a long two week wait! arghh
GemzyParticipantI’ve seen people getting a call day before to collect. Are u local to Peterborough, if not make sure when they call u ask for it to be printed to one near you so you can collect. We fly Thurs, also waiting on a call! Good luck!
GemzyParticipantI haven’t received any calls back from the upgrade team but know they are turning them around in 48hrs of travel date so I’d sit tight and get chasing in the final days or as much as you can.
GemzyParticipantWe fly on Thurs, anxiously waiting for the call, next 3 days is going to be so awful, not the way I thought I’d spend my days leading up to a holiday! Not been able to look forward to it at all but clinging onto hope!
GemzyParticipant@gemjamjar So stressful isn’t it, I believe people have had success if it’s within 48 hrs of travel date. Peterborough have been helpful for others it seems!

GemzyParticipantCongrats! We’re heading to Peterborough on sat morning to see if they can process my sons, it’s with Liverpool Upgrade team so I’m hoping they can deal with it!

GemzyParticipantI’m the same but I have just called the mainline, asked to be put through to Process team and was within 15 mins so it’s worth trying. I was on call to them yesterday with my daughter screaming in my ear 😫
