    I think you’ll have to go through mainline, ask to speak to Processing Team who should hopefully escalate it, I think you’ll get a call one or two days before, it looks like they’re working to a tight schedule. Keep ringing each morning! 😬

    I would ask for it to be printed locally so you can get it, it seems most people are getting a call day or two before travel date, good luck! I’m waiting on same, we travel a week on Thurs

    That is really good to know. I’ve chased once by email but not called again yet. What number have you been ringing for an update please?

    I appreciate this being an option but this really doesn’t help people waiting for their passports for actual travel in the next 2 weeks, i.e m.. as you’re effectively jumping the queue which is a little unfair. Good on you for thinking outside the box but doesn’t help the likes of me! 🙁

    Does anyone know how quickly The Liverpool progress team are working, would be interesting to know what date they’re working to? We fly on the 26th so not long now, I’m so stressed out, it’s my sons renewal we’re waiting on 🙁

    You should get an email from Postroom which gives you instructions on what to do next. Did you get that?

    We fly two weeks today & have had an acknowledgment from the London Team that they’ll deal with it asap.

    How often would you chase, it said specifically not to chase as it could affect your place in the queue 🙁

    So anxious, it’s my sons renewal and has been in ‘being processing’ stage since 27th Apr

    That’s great you’ve got yours! How often did you chase? We fly 2 weeks today and the email reply said not to. 😬
