Congrats @nk8366! On what number did you use to contact them? I’ve tried around 20 times now using 0300 222 0000 and I wait 3-5 minutes before it justs drops off.

Standard adult renewal application
Application submitted and received: 8 July
Old passport signed for via first class recorded delivery: 11 July
No further movement on application history site on government website. Due to go on holiday on 26 August; should I be concerned? Any recommendations on what to do?
