    The never contacted me until today. They will contact one or two days before flight. Don’t stress they will make sure u get your passport in time it’s just the stress

    Hi all, just to give everyone hope. I am flying on the 14th, as I was calling the process team again today, I had a call from upgrade team in Durham saying I can collect my passport from the nearest passport office or they can post it, I said I can collect it from Newport. So don’t lose hope. Good luck for everyone

    @claloub they should not be contacting you to say we need more documents at this time. It is too late for this. They should have contacted people much earlier. Mine is saying processing since 20th of March which means my application is just sitting there and nothing is happening.

    When I asked them on the phone if I can go down I was told they won’t allow people in the building I don’t know if they let you go and speak to anyone.

    I have my flight on Saturday and haven’t been contacted as well.

    I can’t take this stress anymore. I’m tired of phoning and emailing. We shouldn’t be this much stress for just a passport. I wish it was just the money for the flight, but for some people it is more than the money they lose, it will have huge effect on life. 😢😞

    I had an automated email saying they have received my request but no more email or call. I phoned many times and they saying to just wait. I have two flights on the 14th and the 20th and it’s for a medical reason as well. But still no news I phoned today morning and I was told they have emailed the upgrade team today just in the morning to remind them. So I’m hoping I get a call maybe today as I’m flying on the 14th 😞 stressful time

    Has anyone been to the Newport office? I don’t think we are allowed in the building. It’s only two days left to my flight but no news from the upgrade team. I’m panicking they are not going to call
