Picked mine up this morning from Edinburgh depot, pretty common just now according to the guy I dealt with.
Printed on Friday 8th (originally told Monday 4th), tracking today at 4.30pm. Out for delivery tomorrow but we fly at 1pm.
@Nicola123. Call your local depot, couldn’t be more helpful and I’m collecting at 7.30am.Sorry can’t give you those dates as it was a paper application so no online updates. I can tell you that the application was sent on 23rd February to Durham office.
In a similar position, no tracking information until printed passport has been picked up by TNT from central printing. We found out from the passport office that our passport was printed on Monday 4th April and still nothing on TNT tracking. Called every day for a week and been told something different every time. The latest is that it will be picked up today, logged on the system tonight and delivered tomorrow. We are supposed to fly on Wednesday but I doubt very much we will be on the flight.
