ParticipantJust when I had lost all faith in my passport arriving before my flight tomorrow….. It turned up at 9am this morning!!!! Buzzing. Didn’t pay for the upgrade either. My advice would be to keep pushing and pushing them on the phone to speed it up. Good luck guys.

ParticipantJust got off the phone and been told that I will not be getting a call from the Upgrade Team after all my attempts at calling / emailing. Been told that my passport is now with the couriers and I will have to just wait and see if its here in time for my flight on wednesday. Good luck to you all.

ParticipantI am due to fly on Wednesday and I am still waiting for the call. Is there anything I should do to help the process. I have sent 3 emails and called up a few times. Should I go to the office in person. My passport has just been printed.

ParticipantHi Guys me again. Apologies for the spam. My application has just been approved!! I haven’t had a call yet though? Will they send my passport without calling me about the upgrade? Fly in 5 days and scared it won’t be here in time.

ParticipantDoes anybody know if Liverpool Upgrade team reply to the emails? I have sent 2 and haven’t had a response acknowledging them. Should I sit tight and wait or should I call again? Fly on the 18th.

Participant@BeccaL You won’t get the phone call for payment until 24-48 hours before your flight. You have a lot of waiting yet.

Participant@katekatekate I am in a similar position – I called up to query this and they said the upgrade team are contacting people based on their departure dates and will be in touch a few days before travel. Doesn’t seem to be a lot we can do but wait.

ParticipantHi guys, I am due to fly on the 18th. Got through to the advice team on saturday who told me to email the upgrade team. Emailed the upgrade team on saturday with all the details they require and still no response. Is there anything I can/should do to speed this up. Or do I just wait and cross my fingers, hands and toes?
