    Thanks so much for the update, I so hope that is what’s going on! Is is just applications that have been in processing for a while that have had this back step??

    We’re at ten weeks and the ‘processing’ has also disappeared from our tracking

    Good luck, hope you get it sorted in time, it’s horrific leaving people wondering whether they can go on holiday or not 10 days before 😱 bloody ridiculous the amount of time ‘processing’ takes

    Mines at Durham too – just the one response from fast track team at Durham to ask for proof of travel which I’ve sent 3 times today and not heard anything more

    I think I’ve emailed the office directly at least 7 times in last 24 hrs – also emailed fast track team, who actually did respond asking for proof of travel, it’s not for 5 weeks but sent anyway in the hope someone might just think ‘oh, this has been sat here a while, best have a look’🙄 we chat has been no help, they just said apply for fast track 2 weeks before 🤦🏽‍♀️ Would prefer to not let it get to that though!

    Seems a lot of people having the same thing this afternoon – we’re at 10 weeks exactly today

    My sons has been processing since 12th April and has also gone back to identity details received stage, processing has completely disappeared
