    Has anyone got any experiences in dealing with the upgrade team in Liverpool? Sent an email on Friday, I’m due to fly on 3/06 and I’m stressing about getting it upgraded to be rushed through in time.

    How long does it take for them to get back to you? Should I wait for an email or phone call? Is just sending one message enough?

    Hey guys,

    I applied for a passport weeks ago but it seems like the application is moving super slowly/is stalling.

    Is there anything I can do to help the process move faster or fast track it?
