hope the process isn’t too painful.Here’s my progress so far (child renewal-Liverpool).
My mum sent her adult renewal to Bootle the day after I sent ours, and she has matched me at every stage so far.

What format did you enter your application number in to the tracking please? I don’t know whether you need the PEX in front, spaces between the groups of numbers, or if it makes no difference.

Mine was approved on Friday 11th.
Had message to say it had been sent on Monday 13th.
Still awaiting tracking info.
Sorry, I have another update. I know this must be incredibly frustrating for those of you who are anxiously awaiting updates on yours, I really hope you hear something soon x
