Hopefully receive in next two days.

We booked our holiday in January, I knew my passport expired in April but following the advice on HM Passport website I didn’t apply for renewal, didn’t think holiday would go ahead anyway at that point. When it looked like our holiday could be going ahead I applied fully expecting to not have a passport in time.
Amazed it has come through so quickly although it seems there are many not so lucky. I did a direct tweet to them asking them to confirm they had received my old passport, whuch was replied to within 24hrs – unsure if this may of helped.
